Job Description
Jobs.ie is looking to hire Sales Account Managers. You will be responsible for building and developing business for Jobs.ie through sales activity with key corporate clients, in order to achieve monthly targets. The Executive will work with the account management team exclusively on the corporate sector. You will manage & be responsible for sourcing and building a database of sales leads. This will involve high volume outbound cold call activity.
We want a dynamic, target driven, results focused individual to add to our success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of lead generation, building sales pipeline, negotiating and closing sales deals. In addition, great client & key account management with B2B clients. This role will suit an early career individual with 2-4 years’ outbound sales, account management, telesales or business development experience.
What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?
- Sourcing and building a database of sales leads is the primary focus of this role.
- Build a strong pipeline. High volume daily outbound call activity.
- Upsell/cross sell.
- Identify new sales opportunities for existing and potential business.
- Grow & sustain your customer accounts.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Holding meetings and presentations to clients promoting our suite of products to HR professionals/potential clients.
- Building and developing business relationships.
- Account managing all clients that you secured, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
- Provide support to clients, including admin and dealing with client queries.
Qualifications
Some skills you might have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to generate new business leads.
- Previous experience working in a sales or target related business.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Experience with Microsoft Office product.
- Foster a culture of sales excellence across all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation.
