Job Description
To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Market Insights Analyst (m/f/d) in London for our local markets (Ireland, Austria, Belgium) to join our Marketing EMEA Analytics department. You support our marketplace managers with analyses and data projects on both jobs and candidates, making sure that data is at the heart of every decision we make!
What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?
- Conduct data analysis to measure the impact of our marketing and job posting activities in our marketplaces
- Summarize technical topics into concise performance overviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders
- Coordinate and conduct analytical deep-dives on cross channel and department performance together with your fellow analysts within the Marketing Analytics department
- Collaborate closely with your main stakeholders from Marketplace Management and Online Marketing as well as other departments
Qualifications
Some skills you might have:
- You possess relevant professional experience in an analytical role, ideally in a digital business, consultancy or market research (Preferably 3+ years)
- You are data-driven and passionate about numbers, while being able to explain your findings to non-technical stakeholders
- You have experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, PowerPoint and Excel
- You have basic knowledge in SQL, experience with Python / Adobe Analytics is a plus
- You are fluent in English, German/Dutch/French is a plus
