Job Description

To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Market Delivery Manager (m/f/d) in London. In this role you will be part of a EMEA department within The Stepstone Group. You are responsible to drive candidates to one of our marketplaces. In this role you will work closely across departments to identify growth opportunities and drive implementation together with commercial, marketing and product teams. You are responsible for a core market in EMEA and work in an international team with passionate marketplace and digital experts.

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?

  • Collecting and aggregating inputs around growth objectives, market trends, macro trends, product plans and online marketing growth and target plans to build and execute a strategy to define 'ideal customer and candidate' for the market.
  • Define the key performance priorities per market (product/marketing priorities) to drive long term growth (focused on superior candidate delivery that drives retention).
  • Define the key actions that feed into the customer performance retention strategy, and marketplace candidate growth strategy.
  • Steering market activities according to market strategy and business goals and ensure cross channel target achievement.
  • Transform data insights into action to develop the market.
  • Align your actions and recommendations with a variety of stakeholders across different departments (Marketing, Analytics, Product, Brand Experience etc.)
  • Create transparency about recent market developments and long-term trends by providing comprehensive and insightful reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with your colleagues from the Online Marketing team as well as other departments such as Media, Brand, Communications, Product etc.

Qualifications

Some skills you may have:

  • Professional background: You possess relevant professional experience in a role within the Marketing area, ideally in a digital business, consultancy, media or market research (Preferably 3+ years).
  • Degree: You hold a relevant degree (Business Informatics, Economics, Controlling, Business Analysis, Marketing etc.)
  • Tools: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • You are data-driven and passionate about numbers, while being able to explain your findings to non-technical stakeholders. You are open minded and like to communicate and collaborate with different international teams and stakeholders.
  • You are inspired by data insights and how they are contributing to the success of the business.
  • You are a very good communicator, structured and know how to bring a message/business proposal across multiple stakeholders.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in English.
