Job Description

You’ll be the ‘voice’ of our business; handling a range of calls, ensuring that our customers and jobseekers receive the ‘best in class’ customer experience. 

In addition, you’ll handle a range of administration and reporting duties whilst building and managing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, whilst working to set KPI’s. 

You will have experience in either an office-based customer service/helpdesk support type set-up or an administration orientated role where you have had to provide exceptional customer service to either internal and/or external stakeholders. 

More importantly, you will have outstanding communication skills, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a busy office environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Answering & actioning calls, emails and live chats from both companies and jobseekers
  • Driving customers to leave reviews about their experiences on our Trustpilot page 
  • Manage & maintain customer data
  • Comply with our sales systems & processes. 

Qualifications

What you’ll need to have:

  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills with a fantastic attitude; 
  • Strong experience in MS Word, MS Excel 
  • Excellent attention to detail with credible organisation skills; 
  • Results driven with the ability to work under pressure; 
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels; 
  • Committed to providing the highest level of customer service within an office based environment 

Nice to have’s:

  • Experience working with sales teams; 
  • Exposure to customer contact channels such as live chat and calls. 
  • Any exposure to using SalesForce.com or another CRM system
