Job Description

We are looking to hire a permanent, full-time Customer Service Consultant to join our amazing customer service team. The successful candidate will be the ‘face' and ‘voice' of our business and be involved in a range of duties to support our Global Hiring sales team. Our aim is to provide a global recruitment solution for our clients with one point of contact for support, implemented by absolute experts.​ 

Ideally, you will come from an Internal Account Manager/Sales Support orientated background within a related industry sector, however if you can demonstrate the personal attributes required to be successful within a sales environment, then we are happy to consider candidates from backgrounds in a customer service or an administration type role within a heavily KPI driven set-up. 

Importantly, you will have outstanding communication skills, a positive ‘can do' attitude and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks. 

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?

  • Represent Totaljobs Group by being the direct point of contact for our international partners at the Network 
  • First point of contact for international client and sales team queries 
  • Contract fulfilment in our international Salesforce CRM 
  • Liaison with the other support functions such as feeds and creative 
  • Ensures customer accounts accurately reflect usage, providing bespoke reports when required 
  • Assisting Sales and CS Management to support induction of new starters on systems 
  • Working towards set KPIs 
  • Poor response Management  
  • Attendance at Sales/Client meetings as requested

  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • A team player who is results driven but can also work on their own when required
  • The ability to build internal as well as external relationships is required
  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Any exposure to using SalesForce.com or another CRM system
