In the role of Marketplace Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of a central department within Stepstone. You are responsible for the attractiveness and strategic management of your marketplaces. In this role you will work closely across departments to identify profitable growth opportunities and drive implementation together with commercial, marketing and product teams. You are responsible for the marketplace brands in Ireland and Northern Ireland and work in an international team with passionate marketplace experts.

Job Description

  • Support and steer key projects in our marketplace driving growth in traffic and inventory
  • Transform data insights into action towards several departments aligning recommendations and timings
  • Collaborate closely with your colleagues from Online Marketing, Product and Sales
  • Identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities in a marketplace
  • Create ad-hoc analysis and rethink the status quo
  • Be the point of contact for your respective marketplace area towards various stakeholders in cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • Several years of working experience in an online, eCommerce, or project management-oriented role
  • Completed degree in economics, business, marketing or comparable
  • Data-driven and passionate about numbers, while being able to explain your findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Independent and structured way of working paired with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
