Job Description

You will be the ‘face' and ‘voice' of our business; involved in a range of duties to support our sales teams in achieving outstanding results and enable us to provide service excellence to our clients.

Working as part of the wider customer service team, you will provide support to our sales team for our market leading brands. You will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through a range of communication channels.

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?

  • Contract Fulfilment
  • Generating back-office stats as required including reporting on traffic (access and searches), remaining product availability as required, top 500 key word statistics.
  • First point of contact for client queries – dealing with our largest customers.
  • Ensure customer accounts accurately reflect usage, providing updates to Account Managers as required.
  • Provide ad hoc business support to sales where needed.
  • Assisting CS Management with the induction of new starters on systems.
  • Working towards set KPI's.
