Job Description

Appcast is looking for an experienced recruitment advertising professional to join our team as Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships.  This role is perfect for you if you have built relationships, spent time selling, or leading teams selling recruitment ad products to enterprise level employers. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build a relationship with Appcast's strategic partners
  • Become an expert on partner products and identify new areas of opportunity while channeling learnings to Appcast product team
  • Gain an understanding of customer/partner goals, and ensure that information is shared/considered across internal teams
  • Learn about partner priorities, and ensure priorities are shared internally and met whenever possible
  • Share Appcast's value proposition for strategic partners and create polished materials to help convey our message
  • Develop a broad based Appcast education program for strategic partners
  • Present in webinars, lunch and learns, distributed materials, etc. to educate partners on Appcast's value and 'how it works'
  • Assist in growing European based partnership relationships
  • Lead and own a process to streamline onboarding of all new customers with strategic partners
  • Understand every step in the partner onboarding funnel
  • Develop and execute an approach to optimize each step to remove friction
  • Develop an understanding of partner organization and priorities across functions
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision makers at partner organization

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or account management
  • Tech savvy with a background in delighting customers and Partners
  • Bottomless well of understanding and patience with clients, partners and associates 
  • Strong attention to detail, is extremely organized, and has strong ‘follow-up’ skills 
  • Is curious and has a passion for problem solving
  • Keen on working in a start-up environment, where processes and products are constantly changing and evolving 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can relay information in a timely manner
