We’re looking for a talented Director of Product Management, Job Boards to lead a team of high performing product managers and ensure we build our next generation product solutions fast, efficiently and with more utility than anyone else in the space. This role reports to Appcast’s CPO and may be based in one of our office locations (Needham, MA, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, and Fredericton, NB) or remote.

Responsibilities 

• Own global Job Board product solutions, which is the backbone for our employers’ success – including ad unit development, publisher earning tools, and publisher product features.
• Lead product development and strategic initiatives for Job Board customers using our platform and media buying tools.
• Act as subject matter consultant to our job board product partners, publishing team and other internal stakeholders about what infrastructure exists or can & should be developed to advance the interests of the job board publishers and customers.
• Lead a team of product managers, coaching with career development and helping to establish strategic vision for key projects.

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace product management roles, preferably with 2+ years at a Job tech or HR tech organization, where you’ve been responsible to make the tough decisions and quantify how your actions have made your company/employer better.
• 3+ years leading teams
• Equally confident working through the stuff B2B customers don’t see - data, algorithms and reporting logic and the stuff they do see – Portals, user flows, reporting & insights.
• Comfort communicating with leadership about vision, results and problems.

Expected Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000
