Job Description

Appcast is seeking Sales Development Representatives to generate and qualify incremental revenue opportunities for the company.

Daily & Monthly

  • Utilize various sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.), cold calling, email, and social selling to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect’s needs and qualify viable sales opportunities
  • Build short and long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meeting or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales development leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly results

Overall

  • Represent Appcast’s products and services, starting with comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps

Qualifications

 

  • 1-3 years of experience selling to all industries with a specific focus on Technology, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare, The Gig Economy, and Transportation
  • Experience with Software (SaaS, Hosted or Installed), Recruitment Analytics, and Talent Acquisition is an asset
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and connect well with people
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Strong sales aptitude & closing techniques, coupled with an outgoing and positive attitude
  • Driven to succeed and achieve targets
  • Self-motivated, driven and has a “go-getter” attitude
  • Professional, articulate communication skills with the ability to manage correspondence between sales teams and their clients
  • Comfortable working with multiple departments
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, quota driven environment
  • Keen interest in software and technology
