As our Sales Trainer for the Commercial Training team, you will be responsible for the tactical development, implementation, execution, and coordination of commercial training, for example the continued development and health of our learning pathways. 

Job Description

  • Analyse the development needs of the sales force by closely collaborating with Sales Managers. 
  • Utilise data and insights for training and coaching from Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy.
  • Design and implement needs-based training and coaching concepts for the Totaljobs Group sales organisation.
  • Implement individual development measures, including coaching methods for Sales. 
  • Successfully support the onboarding process of new sales reps. 
  • Regularly monitor the success and reporting of the training to ensure and improve the high-quality standards of our sales approach. 
  • Support Sales-related projects. 
  • Regularly align within the Sales Enablement team on strategy, planning, and priorities. 

Qualifications

  • Relevant own sales experience in a dynamic sales environment. 
  • Experience as a trainer for sales departments and in the creation of content and conduction of trainings or workshops. 
  • Excellent knowledge in the areas of sales process, sales technology, needs analysis, argumentation of benefits and dealing with resistance. 
  • Clear understanding of the creation and learning transfer.
  • Clear understanding of the development and achievement of a learning culture.
  • Confidence as well as very good communication, presentation, and moderation skills. 
  • Good understanding of common sales controlling and performance measurement methods. 
  • Independent way of working including a hands-on mentality and a high energy level.  
  • Knowledge of the use of blended / e-learnings. 
  • Familiarity with face-to-face and remote work (e.g., usage of screen sharing tools Microsoft teams / Zoom and moderation of virtual sessions). 
  • Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities.
