Job Description

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will develop a real relationship of trust with your clients by sharing your expertise with them and supporting them during their recruitment campaigns.

More concretely, this translates into:

  • The quick and efficient implementation of their contract and access
  • The professional processing of each of their requests (telephone/mail)
  • Their training in StepStone tools
  • Personalized advice on how to optimize their ads and their use of the site
  • Consumption and performance statistics
  • Regular proactive contacts

In other words, you will do everything to satisfy and retain your customers and will work in collaboration with a sales team.

Qualifications

Who are you?

  • Are you fluent in Dutch and/or French (English is a plus)?
  • Do you have a commercial sense and like customer contact?
  • Do you have a smile in your voice and a good sense of listening?
  • Your "positive attitude" makes you a real teamplayer?
  • Do you have an analytical mind and excellent communication and interaction skills?
  • Do you have a thirst for learning and a desire to evolve?
  • Do you have a majority of positive answers to these questions? Then you may be our future Customer Success Consultant!
