As Key Account Manager you play an important key role within Stepstone and help our clients with their recruitment needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You visit clients and prospects on location and work closely together with other departments like Internal Sales, Customer Service and Marketing
• In this challenging and autonomous position, you strengthen and build on existing customer relationships and track down new customers. You manage the top companies in your region
• You make efficient diagnoses of customer needs and convert them into creative and strategic Stepstone solutions
• You achieve your assigned targets and get a kick out of exceeding them
• Finally, you don't shy away from daily administrative tasks such as maintaining the "CRM system", following up on your contacts and offers, etc.

Profile:

• You have experience in B2B sales (within HR or Recruitment is a plus)
• You have proven experience in "solution selling" and building successful customer relationships at management level
• You are stress resistant, autonomous and results and targets give you a kick
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is a (big) plus.
