To support our Managing Director BE and LU we are looking for a talented, energetic, and resilient Project Manager, supporting our organization by identifying, organizing and delivering strategic projects & tactics to support our further growth on the BE and LU markets. This role is unique; it sets the agenda and drives key initiatives to bring the organization to the next level.The ideal candidate will be a world-class communicator, have a proven ability to work independently, capabilities to pickup quickly news trends and have a track record of delivering distinctive results. Experience at a top-tier consulting firm is a plus.

•Proactively identifying opportunities (in the market and internally) to add value to the company and ensure concrete and sustainable business impact.

•Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize different projects and business strategies & tactics

•Creating structure and focus for broad multi-layered projects/ ideas that the executive team is exploring and come up with recommendations in a timely manner.

•Driving execution of top priorities and tactics agreed upon by our local executive team.

•Owning and continuously improving the company’s operating rhythm and delivery capabilities

Qualifications

Who are you?

•You have obtained a master’s degree in business economics or any other business-related field

•You have experience rolling out projects in a Sales & Marketing organization with concrete business impact

•Preferably you have an experience in strategic consulting.

•You are a strategic thinker who demonstrates entrepreneurial skills.

•You love to multitask and prioritize tasks based on importance vs immediacy.

•You are a data-savvy and love to analyse and collect data from multiple points both from inside and outside the organization.

•You like to work among executives or business leaders and are able to lead and influence across multiple levels and functions within the Group.•You are fluent in FR&/or NL and ENG
