Appcast is currently looking for a Paid Social Analyst to join our Partnerships team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create, manage and optimize Facebook campaigns for customers and the product team. The individual must have 2 years of experience managing Social Ad campaigns.

The individual will partner closely with the Product, Development and Executive teams to report on results, provide feedback on ad campaigns and recommendations for improvements.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Create, manage & optimize Facebook and other media channel ad campaigns
• Work with cross functional team (Product, AdOps, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Appcast revenue goals and provide a performance feedback loop to help guide product improvements
• Manage and maintain a creative testing roadmap to improve top-of-the-funnel engagement metrics

• Degree in Economics or Marketing
• 2 years professional experience managing paid social ad campaigns
• Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
• Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
• Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
