To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader.

Job Description

Description:

  • As a natural people manager, you motivate, coach, evaluate, advise, and assist where necessary
  • You are responsible for questions related to people management, in your team
  • You communicate clearly and in a timely manner, and guide your team members
  • Beside managing your team, you develop new ways to improve efficiency, follow trends and new developments in the world of customer service
  • You perform reporting to the management team and can perform analysis/provide explanation, if necessary, on your business
  • You think strategically about the next steps in your Customer Service and can develop a vision for continuous growth, improvement, and optimization of operational processes
  • You interact actively with sales team and functions to advance ways to contribute sales generation and customer satisfaction
  • You also initiate necessary actions to improve the customer satisfaction or efficiency
  • You develop, maintain, and manage KPIs (for yourself & your team) that are relevant for managing and demonstrating customer satisfaction
  • You take all necessary actions to reach the defined objectives

Qualifications

Profile:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • You have built up a good experience as Team Leader (people management) within Customer Service
  • You are fluent and have excellent written and oral communication skills in German, French and English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is a big plus
  • You are analytical, autonomous, communicative, proactive, and open-minded with strong problem-solving skills
  • You are communicative and team player with outstanding people management skills
  • You enjoy taking responsibility
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and have a relevant experience in a customer service environment
  • Willing and able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
  • Structured and organized, with good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
