We are currently recruiting for a Job Quality Assurance Administrator to work with us on a fixed-term contract basis in the Manchester office.

We also have a hybrid approach to working from home and in the office!

Job Description

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?

You'll join part of a wider customer service team with a focus on improving the quality of job content across all of our 11 websites whilst ensuring the job specifications provided by our customers meet our quality standards.

  • Your focus will be to provide the highest level of service to the internal and external customers of the TotalJobs Group. Primarily you will be posting jobs provided by our recruiters within our set quality guidelines. The role will also involve editing data on our job boards, in doing so you will be assisting a network of sales teams and their clients, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • You will have experience in either an office based data entry/customer/administration service type set-up or an administration orientated role where you have gained data entry experience, whilst working to set KPIs.
  • You will have outstanding communication skills, a positive ‘can do' attitude and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a busy office environment.

  • Improving the content of job adverts, posted onto our sites, ensuring data quality.
  • Ensuring creative and job specifications provided by recruiters are added to the site efficiently and within the set quality guidelines.
  • Working towards targets and managing own work volumes to ensure delivery against service level agreements and flag to senior/manager volume increases where SLAs may not be met.
  • Understanding and applying each jobs boards job loading requirements including any end client specific ones
  • Basic Administration

Your experience & attributes:

  • Proven data entry experienced gained in a busy, targeted environment;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Browsers;
  • Be able to multitask and perform consistently under pressure;
  • Ability to interpret data quickly with a good eye for detail and excellent key board skills ;
  • Work effectively within a team dynamic;
  • A strong sense of customer service;
  • First class interpersonal and communication skills at all levels;
  • A team player who has the ability to work to team and personal targets.
