Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our lively team and to support the growth of our businesses by administering our CRM system, Salesforce.com. 

You will report directly into the Head of CRM and you will be responsible for ensuring that the business has a best-in-class Salesforce instance along with managing the roadmap of changes for continuous improvements. This team’s areas of responsibilities will include enabling sales strategy, planning, forecasting, performance management and plan achievement through a variety of tools, information, and best practices.  You'll work closely with our business partners in Customer Success, Sales, Technology Marketing, and key supplier partners to enable and accelerate our growth strategy through best-in-class sales enablement on the Salesforce platform.

Duties include;

  • Process & workflow changes on Salesforce for business requirements using flows.
  • Engagement with business stakeholders to gather & analyse requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Advanced pipeline, analytical and KPI report and dashboard creation and production.
  • Aiding in the smooth delivery of Salesforce product changes through new Salesforce release management.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce system stakeholders including Sales Operations, Business Intelligence and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardised business analytics, tools and processes.
  • Monitoring the adoption/usage of Salesforce across the organisation.
  • Responsible for data integrity and data cleaning.
  • Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritisation, design and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
  • Identify new Salesforce release opportunities for the development of new and enhanced CRM capabilities.
  • Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting for evaluating sales effectiveness.
  • Guidance and support to existing team of Salesforce Administrators

Qualifications

 

  • Senior Salesforce Administrator Certified
  • Demonstrable Senior Salesforce CRM administrator experience in a Lightning environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Strong research, reporting, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience rolling out and delivering system changes to a business.
  • Experience of implementing and administrating a Salesforce CRM solution into a business development arena.
  • Ability to focus on immediate changes with a strategic view on a longer-term strategy.
