We are searching for a (Jr) HR Business Partner who will help us to deliver a proactive and customer-focused HR service for our Product, Tech and Marketing teams in UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing against the global PTM people strategy in the region and will play a crucial role in the transformation of culture, HR operating routines, change management, and leadership expectations within PTM. This role will be supported by Centres of Excellence (COEs) to ensure consistent delivery of HR best practice: Talent Acquisition (TA), Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent & Development (T&D).

Job Description

  • Build and develop excellent relationships with stakeholders across the region, including the leadership team and frontline employees
  • Coach and influence the leadership team on how to achieve their people related objectives.
  • Provide in-depth advice and guidance to internal customers on HR policies and procedures to ensure they are supported in their decisions and roles as people managers.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to deliver cultural change.
  • Partner and coach managers through transformational and change management steps to ensure a positive and respectful cultural shift in region.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years in an HR Operations or similar role
  • University degree preferred 
  • Generalist HR experience including policy writing, solid exposure to Employee Relations including mitigating and resolving Labour disputes
  • Demonstrate the ability to coach, support, challenge, motivate and influence others.
  • Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills, to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Able to apply a commercial approach and business acumen to ensure service is aligned to business goals and that the HR agenda supports the business strategy.
