Job Description

The role:

As a ‘Performance Account Manager’, you will be responsible for the delivering the success of our ‘Totaljobs Performance’ product by working in partnership with a dedicated pay for performance sales team and traffic experts.   You will be responsible for the client’s performance from the moment the contract is signed. This includes setup, onboarding, optimisation, reporting and performance recommendations - all the way through (but not including) the contract renewal period. You must have the ability to understand and analyse complex data sets (provided by traffic), create a story and provide bespoke client recommendations based off this quantifiable data. Attention to detail is paramount as all recommendations have direct commercial implication to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  You will be the main POC from a delivery side for the client from the moment the contract is signed.
  • Resolve customer inquiries by phone, email with authentic, human understanding
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to further brand loyalty
  • This includes understanding the client objectives and measures of success and then setting up the campaign up on the P4P system clickcast in partnership with traffic teams to achieve these
  • Work with Traffic to track and predict client spend on a daily and monthly basis
  • You will be responsible for onboarding the client and asking key optimisation questions (Levels 1-4: Optimisation/ job title/geo/ CPA)
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the jobs are posted to the site / taken down, in a timely manner by working in partnership with wider CS stakeholders
  • Provide timely and accurate information in line with SLAs to clients regarding their requests, queries and questions
  • You will be responsible for regularly checking the campaigns on the TJG platform and ensuring their consistent delivery & performance. Keeping all stakeholders in regular communication of any updates / changes.
  • Investigate bugs and technical issues, then work with our Product team to get everything fixed and working properly
  • Ensure that customers receive top of the line customer service and are fully satisfied through communicating proactively
  • Keep all clients up to date with product enhancements, changes or glitches
  • You will responsible for presenting to clients regular analytical reporting in a PowerPoint format that drives performance recommendations. (analytical data provided by traffic)
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that all product information is relayed accurately

Qualifications

Must have:

  • You will have some experience in account management with exposure to; driving retention, contract optimisation or account growth
  • analytical mind and a passion for problem-solving
  • You will have the ability to follow process but think outside the box and go above and beyond to find a solution
  • Ability to relay/present complex data sets in a story format
  • Is tech savvy and has a background software account management
  • Pays strong attention to detail, is extremely organized and has strong ‘follow-up' skills
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and can relay information in a timely manner
  • Has a bottomless well of understanding and patience
  • Is keen on working in a start-up environment, where processes and products are constantly changing and evolving
  • You will have the ability to follow process but think outside the box and go above and beyond to find a solution.
  • Ability to analyse reporting and manipulate data in Excel
  • Confidence to build presentations and present to internal and external stakeholder using PowerPoint
  • Ability to priorities and multitask high priority accounts
  •  Will have worked in a client facing / account management or sales support function
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills as well as strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of customer satisfaction and have excellent listening + questioning skills!

General:

  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills with a fantastic attitude;
  • Strong experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
  • Results driven with the ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels;
  •  Committed to providing the highest level of customer service
  • Experience working with sales teams;
  • Experience of using SalesForce.com or another CRM system
