Job Description

The Automated Job Support role sits within the Customer Service team. The focus is to provide the highest level of service to the internal and external customers of the Totaljobs Group, who will share our dedication to connecting great candidates with great jobs. The role sits within the Quality Assurance department and looks focuses on the automated jobs process. Core elements of the role focus on Feed Management; Job board management; Client Contact; Troubleshooting and Spider Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will assist a network of Sales teams and their clients to provide a consistent, reliable and positive user experience taking charge of the automated job process in an efficient manner to achieve team SLAs
  • Be a direct point of contact for any XML posting and 3rd party CVDB queries
  • Liaise directly with 3rd party providers, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met within the terms of the process
  • Troubleshoot and aim to provide a first-time resolution for any and all queries
  • Managing your own work volumes to ensure productivity is in line with team averages, whilst delivering as part of a team against business service level agreements
  • Understanding the offering of each of the Totaljobs Group job boards, and applying the relevant requirements, including any specific to the client
  • Working towards set KPI’s
  • Poor response Management (via Sales)
  • Flexibility to attend client meetings and give onsite training as required with adequate notice
  • Dealing with Ad hoc tasks and additional duties required by the business to support ongoing and new projects

Qualifications

Skills, know-how and experience

  • Experience working with and troubleshooting XML data
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proven track record of working to team and individual targets, including SLAs
  • Ability to multitask and perform consistently under pressure
  • Ability to interpret data quickly with a good eye for detail
  • Ability to confidently discuss complex queries over the phone
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong communication skills
