Job Description

As a ‘Performance Delivery Specialist’ within the Totaljobs performance team, you will be responsible for the technical success of our ‘Totaljobs Performance’ product. Working in partnership with a team of Performance Account Managers you will be at the centre of ensuring jobs go live quickly and efficiently.    This is designed to be a multi-faceted role combining technical knowledge and integrations management with day to day support and triage.

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis? 

  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues within our own platforms and helping resolve external integrations 

  • You will be responsible for proactively putting in place automated job posting solutions. This will include scrapes / job wrapping & feed integration 

  • You will provide bespoke job posting advice to the Performance Account Managers to guarantee high volume, quality candidates  

  • Your focus will be to provide expert advice based on analytical and market evidence to ensure the success of pay for performance clients  

 

Qualifications

Some skills you might have:

  • Taking the responsibility for client technical integrations
  • Finding the most time efficient, technical solution to help improve the journey of a client’s listings to our site via the AppCast platform.  
  • Be the lead for any internal or external technical queries such as, platform integrations, ATS tracking, API integrations, XML data
  • You will liaise directly with 3rd party providers, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met or managed as to the technical capabilities possible
  • Work alongside a team of Performance Account Managers to troubleshoot technical errors within internal and external platforms
  • You will provide exceptional support for technical queries via phone, email and occasionally face-to-face.
  • Managing your own work volumes whilst delivering as part of a team against business service level agreements
