We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who has a proven track record of operating within a delivery team, leading the team through the full development lifecycle and Scrum process from Feature, Product or Project inception, sprint planning, through implementation and regular retrospection to go live. You will have proven experience of coaching and facilitating small, cross functional scrum teams ideally across high volume enterprise systems.

You’ll be an integral part of one or two scrum teams who deliver high value change to our fast moving, highly successful business. Our websites attract circa 3.5 million visits every month!

Job Description

  • Work with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, Engineering Lead and team to remove barriers
  • Coach the Product Owner on how to meet their objectives through the Scrum process
  • Remove impediments that are impacting the progress of team
  • Be the guardian of the process – teaching others their roles and protecting the team’s rules of engagement
  • Ensure team retains quality
  • Facilitate scrum process
  • Communicate progress to externally interested stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and autonomy within the team
  • Encourage team ownership and accountability for the delivery process and the product
