This role will be reporting to the HR Transformation Manager, will support our London and regional leadership, HR team and internal events team to create an exciting office environment. 

This is a truly exciting opportunity for a creative individual to join a vibrant team and growing business. This is a very hands-on role with significant visibility across all teams and offices in the UK. Working closely with our Facilities Manager and Events team, this role will ensure our offices are vibrant, safe, and welcoming.

We are in an exciting transformation phase and are redesigning 3 of the 8 UK offices. This role will play a critical part in the reveal of the new offices, kick-off events, and management of the offices. This role will primarily be in our London BlueFin offices with 50% expected travel to our regional offices.

Job Description

Event Management and Support:

  • Coordinate and organise office activities, celebrations, and events.
  • Drive the inclusion of regional offices in events, wellbeing activities and employee perks to ensure they are engaged and feel cared for.
  • Support our employee resource groups with their various diversity events.

Office Management:

  • Oversee stock of office supplies and perks available to employees.
  • Work with our Facilities Manager to ensure all mandatory safety regulations are followed (list examples) as well as bespoke safety guidelines are followed (Covid-19 precautions and test compliance, face masks).

Employee Engagement & Transformation:

  • Be a member of various project groups, relating to our Future of Work programme, employee engagement activities and office redesign.
  • Jointly manage (with HR and the team EA) the onboarding and offboarding process of joiners and leavers ensuring every 'hello' and 'goodbye' is meaningful.
  • Manage wellbeing subscriptions, snacks, and perks available to employees.
  • Lead and support office assistance team, by making sure our UK team feels taken care of and have what they need to get their job done.

Other:

  • Be the point of contact liaising with internal shared services functions, Finance, HR and IT.
  • Be a proud ambassador of the Stepstone brand

Qualifications

 

  • Exceptional organisation skills and strong attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Resourceful and proactive attitude mixed with creative, solutions-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, across our office locations.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to uphold high standards of excellence.
  • Experience prioritising, managing, and tracking multiple deliverables simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously.
