The Account Manager will join the ad agency team who will represent all brands within the Totaljobs Group. This is a junior position for an aspiring account manager who wants to learn and gain experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic recruitment solution provider. The candidate will work alongside and support the external account managers with day-to-day client communication and sales administration.

Job Description

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis? 

  • Our Account Managers play a vital role in the growth of our company and our ongoing success.
  • You will be tasked with supporting the sales team with revenue reports, setting up clients on our CRM system, arranging and managing contracts as well.
  • You will do this by working closely with the sales team and helping them with their day-to-day activities
  • Working against your Key Performance Indicators you will in no time build up the reputation of somebody that can help businesses achieve their goals with help and support from the sales team
  • Maintain information and keep up to date with industry news and information.
  • Communicate accurate information to relevant departments, teams, and clients as appropriate.
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will eventually influence clients using our full product suite and help find the right solution for our clients' recruitment needs
