We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic product manager to help us build a journey that sets jobseekers up to succeed.  We need someone curious and collaborative; that is keen to understand the user and find solutions for the pain points they face alongside user research, design and engineering teams; all aligned by solid hypotheses and OKRs you've created. 

This role will suit someone who is comfortable using analytics and research data to drive ideas and product improvements, which they can develop into a roadmap, keeping a balance between product discovery and product delivery.   

You will be part of a team focusing in this space, so we are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others and is an effective communicator.

Job Description

  • Focus on the user and understanding their pain points / challenges 
  • Use analytics and audience research to establish insight into product performance and to use this data to drive ideas, features and product improvements. 
  • Monitor, summarise and report analytics and feedback from the user base or audience to measure performance of the product.   
  • Work with stakeholders and key technical staff to understand business needs and drivers and confirm objectives and priorities. 
  • Build and maintain a robust product roadmap and backlog  
  • As a product moves from discovery to definition, work with user experience design, Go To Market and engineering teams to create an appropriate rollout plan. 
  • Develop and maintain business case in support of product(s). 
  • Excellent understanding of and ability to apply industry knowledge, market awareness, audience research and analytics insights to product strategy and planning. 
  • Experience of making product decisions based on research, usage data, or predictions of either. 
  • Experience of end-to-end product delivery.
