Job Description
Job Description:
• Familiar with how to map security controls (NIST 800-53, rev 4, moderate) to IT infrastructure and organizational policy to demonstrate compliance.
• Should be familiar with PCI, HIPAA, and various personal data legislation.
• This person should also be able to drive the vulnerability assessment program – essentially a management task to get the security tower to do the scanning and the server tower to do the analysis/remediation Secures enterprise information by designing, implementing, and enforcing security controls, safeguards, policies, and procedures; managing staff.
Specific duties include:
• Planning, writing, editing, and translating conceptual technical ideas into understandable terms
• Possess ability to assess adequacy, repair that which is not, and create where required by interviewing the tower practitioners
• Preparing and maintaining a document library
• Interface with customer and effectively communicate project needs and requirements
• Coordinating, conducting, and documenting technical team discussion and review meetings
• Preparing weekly status reports, work plans and attending meetings attendance
Document Review:
• Read and review the documentation from varied perspectives including that of the architect, engineers, superintendent, and various specialist subcontractors.
• Identify inconsistent, missing, illegible information in construction documents and drawings.
• Log and describe the issues to be clarified, corrected, or reconciled and provide constructability comments.
Issue Resolution:
• Present the conflict or documentation error in clear and concise terms.
• Bring identified issues to the attention of the involved parties.
• Track the resolution of issues into subsequent document versions.
Document Version Control:
• Implement and maintain a systematic process and organization of reviewed and re-reviewed construction documents and drawings.
• Ensure that revised documents and their associated referenced information is incorporated in the resolution of issues and subsequent versions of security-related documents.
• The successful candidate for this role on our team will have expert knowledge of security methods, processes and management practices; excellent analytical and problem solving skills; good communication skills; and be organized, efficient and responsive to the needs of internal and external clients alike.

• Expert knowledge and experience in interpreting and understanding security plans and designs.
