General Comments
This position can sit in either Phoenix or Dallas. If the person does sit in Phoenix, they will required to periodically travel to Dallas for meetings. Predominant location preference would be Dallas. This is a 6 month contract to hire position. This position is open for both Phoenix and DFW area. If hired in Phoenix, this person should be comfortable traveling to Dallas for meetings but should be somewhere bi-weekly travel. Hands on experience using websphere. Need strong sql and oracle and some degree of working concept and designing highly available systems. He is open to someone sitting in DFW, Tulsa or Phoenix.

•    Anticipate and acts upon issues that arise, providing alternate approaches and solutions.
•    Communicates decisions clearly and sets the standard for highest quality of work.
Required Skills:
•    Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in systems development in a variety of computing architectures and environments
•    Leading the design and development efforts for our systems integration projects.
•    Deep understanding of architectural concepts, issues and trends
•    Ability to understand and analyze business data requirements in order to create an accurate, extensible, flexible logical data models using modeling tools
•    Expert knowledge of .NET Technologies.
•    Expert knowledge in Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns
•    Expertise in n-tiered web architectures, SOA and related technologies (XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.)
•    Expertise in Disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
•    Expertise in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, other front-end development technologies
•    Strong technical expertise in Oracle/SQL Server
•    Thorough understanding of software development life cycles, development and technology tools, testing methodologies, and requirements gathering. Strong technical expertise in the Windows, UNIX, Linux, WebSphere MQ, UML, Tiered architecture, Relational Databases, Web development and object oriented methodologies.
•    Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred skills:
•    Familiarity with Event Driven Architecture.
•    Knowledge on NOSQL Databases
Education/Experience:
•    B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
•    Requires 7 to 10 years of experience in IT with a minimum of five years in application systems design
