Expert

• Working  knowledge of any of these systems  Sales force , Sales logix , Netsuite, and Magento
• Coordinate QA efforts across several functional teams
• Write manual test cases based on the user story.
• Design and implement new automated test cases
• Good working knowledge of oracle/sql

Medium

• Excellent communication skills.
• Coordinate efforts of offshore Software Test Engineers
• Maintain and execute existing manual test cases
• Knowledge of Sales force, Sales logix, Magneto
• Be able to write sql queries for querying data

Entry Level

• Agile team experience.
• Execute manual test cases based on the user story
• Ability to learn to test CRM systems
