Position:            UX/UI  Consultant
Location:            Mclean, VA
Pay rate:             Can Be Discussed.
Type:                   FULL-TIME

Required:

•    At least 5+ years experience designing UX/UI for web applications
•    Expertise in UI technologies, tools and concepts
•    Ability to identify usability issues
•    SCRUM or Agile or Waterfall experience (preferably Agile)
•    Expertise in developing information architecture, interaction models, user flows, and wire-frames for complex products, services and interaction
•    Use of HTML & CSS in building prototypes
•    Experienced in Visio or Dreamweaver or Balsamiq or any prototyping tool
•    Understanding of Usability Testing, User Centered Design, User interface Standards and Best Practices.
•    Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred.
•    Ability to create wire-frames as well as visual design comps
•    Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools
