IT Librarian responsibilities:
- Not expecting candidate to have had much previous experience.
- Prefer to have Admin / clerical type previous experience.
- Provides a controlled electronic library for the lifecycle management of IT records, general Training Administrative Support and carton records management.
- The management of electronic documentation includes storage in two electronic document repositories.
Librarian provides the following services for the electronic libraries:
- New account requests, permission updates, creation and modification of folders, import documents, provide previous version of files, create PDFs, submit training requests, complete retirement requests and manage document destruction.
- Carton management includes entering carton transfer forms, and retrieving cartons for customers.
