• Work with key organizational stakeholders to execute the Electronic Health Record EHR project plan and successfully implement all project technical components in conjunction with changes to business processes 
• Demonstrate previous project management experience in EHR implementations, preferably with Siemens Soarian products in an acute care setting 
• Lead major components of the EHR project and any associated subprojects through the project management life cycle 
• Demonstrate expertise in change management, project and time management, organizational communication, team facilitation, and negotiation skills 
• Navigate sensitive issues with multiple stakeholders at varying levels within the organization, including executives, sponsors, department leaders and project team members 
• Present timely project status updates, risk and issue analysis, and financial impact assessments to a variety of organizational stakeholders 
• Foster a highly collaborative atmosphere and suggest and solicit process/program changes and improvements to ensure a successful end product 
• Provide exceptional internal customer service as a representative of the DBHDS PMO 
• Required minimum 2 years IT project management experience with a local, state or federal agency
