Role: SAP BI BO Consultant

Duration: Long-term

Role: Under limited supervision, designs Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Establishes standards and requirements, evaluates and directs enhancements, and implements solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation. 

Position Summary: 
- As a full-time SAP Business Objects expert, you will directly impact the architecture and deployment of SAP Business Objects. 
- You will use your SAP Business Objects setup and performance expertise in the design, optimization, and support of our BI platforms. 
- Work on various release upgrades or support packs to SAP BW, ECC, SQL Server, Oracle Database and/or modifications of how to integrate with SAP BusinessObjects, 
- play a key role in configuring our BO servers, from validating design and configuration proposals to project planning to installation and configuration. 
- solve challenging BO performance issues, and sharing your knowledge with developers, 
end-users, other administrators 
detail, problem-solving ability, and Business Intelligence expertise 
- work across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organization. 

Required: 
- In-depth understanding of SAP BusinessObjects 4.0 architecture, installation, administration, security, performance tuning, clustering, backup and restore 
-Strong working knowledge of SAP BI 7.0 integration with SAP BusinessObjects -Experience with all aspects of CMC and CCM administration, including troubleshooting and tuning 
-Several years of relevant work experience installing, maintaining and monitoring SAP BusinessObjects server systems in a clustered environment 
-Experience with migrating reports, universes, dashboards etc. using Promotion management 
-Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or several years of relevant work experience 

Preferred: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform
