Title                       : SAP HCM Consultant (Erecruitment, Time Management & Payroll)

Duration              : 6 Months

The SAP Time Management resource primary responsibility would be to handle Incidents, Change Requests, Service Requests in Time Management module, and ensuring the closure of the same.

This position requires knowledge on Performing Module Testing, Validation Testing, Integration Testing.

The resource should have understanding capabilities of the pre-configured system and also requires a working knowledge of SAP HCM support projects

- Coordinate with onsite lead or Business Team of the Client to understand the requirement and provide the solution based on needs with SAP Time Management

- Communicating with all the business users who have raised Incident/Service Request - Should have working knowledge on SAP HCM Support projects

- Well versed in business analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, post implementation support, technical and functional specifications and interfaces handling

- Knowledge in modifying configurations, as per the need and updating the Functional Specification Documents as per the quality norms of the client

- Coordinating and giving guidance in problem resolution, liaising with customer and coordinating business change

- Creating test scripts and scenarios for System upgrades/support pack installations

- Should be good in documentation with strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Should have experience in SAP PA, OM and CATS (Time Sheet) Modules and Time Management Integration with Payroll
