Location: New York, NY

7+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration 9.1
Must have Knowledge on Benefit configuration on Eligibility rules, Event rules, Benefit Plans , Benefit Rates, Calculation rules, coverage formula and Benefit Program.
Knowledge on Benefits administration/Deduction Calc Cobol program is a must.
Must have experience on eBenefits, Life/Job events and eBenefits customization.
Experience on providing support during Annual Enrollment and handling out bound interface to Benefit Providers are required.
Having functional knowledge on various benefits plans for North American region is a must, especially US. 
Should have hands on experience in at least two Benefits implementation projects for NA region
Should have hands on experience on SQR, Peoplecode, AE, CI,File layout and App package.
Should have a good experience on handling clients independently and must have good communication Skills.
