Responsible for gathering requirements from the client and closing them successfully.
Involved in complete recruitment process (sourcing, short listing, HR screening/interview, interview arrangements, salary negotiations, offer initiation, post-offer follow ups.)
Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate's experience and requirement.
Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and successfully convince them to join.
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the US through internet job portals - (Monster.com,Tech-Fech.com and Dice.com), direct phone sourcing, networking (LinkedIn), vendors and referrals.
Sourcing & screening the profiles for different requirements in a day.
Activities included but not limited to developing and building channel / vendor relations, understanding existing and pending client needs and closing requisitions

Position: Delivery Lead Manager – Datawarehouse /BI

Location: Southfield, MI

Length of Contract: 1 year

Interview type: Face to face – will request Skype if necessary

DUTIES:

•             Manage multiple projects concurrently.

•             Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing complex application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.

•             Oversee the system development and release management processes.

•             Oversee client/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met.

•             Involved in the development of strategic plans for projects of high business complexity.

•             Develops detailed project plans, budgets and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.

•             Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.

•             Monitors all project risks and issues and manages their resolution and impact.

•             Assists in establishing and improving project management methodologies, procedures and policies.

•             Coaches and mentors individuals on the project teams and provides feedback on performance to their leaders.

Has a project team, including senior technical personnel reporting to them.  Requires extensive knowledge of the supported business area as well as the area being managed.  Coordinates information management solution development/implementations.  Reviews scopes/plans and prioritizes one or more projects.  Assures adherence to corporate policies and project delivery procedures.  Reviews and ensures a high level of quality and service are maintained by meeting or exceeding commitments.  Initiates, develops and enforces standards and procedures in support of improved service.  May be heavily involved in technical decision-making activities.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Has wide latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational needs.  A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required.  Minimum 8 years related experience preferred.  Master's degree in related field preferred.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•             Minimum 8 years experience in leading complex Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence projects.

•             Minimum 8 years experience working with Multiple Vendors.

•             Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills.

•             Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels.

•             High Proficiency Level in specific job related duties and skills are required.

•             Microsoft Project tool.

•             Healthcare experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•             Insurance industry experience.

•             Distributed application development experience

•             System Analysis experience preferred

•             Experience using the following technologies and concepts: ETL - Informatica, Adhoc Reporting- Business Objects, and Hyperion

•             MS Excel, MS Word. MS PowerPoint and MS Visio.

•             Project Management Institutes certification preferred.

•             Masters degree in related field preferred.
