Shift: General Shift

DRYWALL REPAIR EXPERIENCE MANDATORY.

• Thorough knowledge and experience to safely operate a wide array of hand and power tools
• Must maintain hand and power tools to accomplish daily duties
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently, with flexibility, and self-reliance
• Ability to perform under pressure, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Drywall repairs and finish work
• Diagnose problems and repairs in the areas of electrical, plumbing and other areas to include drywall repair, painting, appliance repair/replacement

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and /or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
