We are seeking a technically savvy, energetic, customer facing individual to assist our Solutions division in implementing, and managing customer specific installations.  *Must live near our branches in Tacoma, Seattle or Everett WA, or Portland, OR.

Job Description

The mission of the Solutions Project Coordinator is to provide project oversight of the installation of Stellar Industrial Supply solutions. Project oversight includes, but is not limited to the proper interpretation of the LOU and Scope of Work and translating that understanding into clear direction to all parties involved in the implementation of the solution. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

More specifically, it is the responsibility of the Solutions Project Coordinator:

* Provide management oversight/guidance of Solutions program installation through Go Live

* Create playbook for specific projects

* Act as liaison between the Solutions Division and internal and external customers

* Act as liaison between the Solutions Division and suppliers of equipment and software

* Utilize Project Schedule Sheet to manage all phases of installation to keep project on schedule

* Assign timelines to tasks via Project Schedule Sheet

* Train Site Support and Customers during post installation processes

* Issue PO’s to suppliers for equipment and parts related to installations


General Responsibilities:

* Assist Solutions Program Manager in the design and mapping of equipment

* Assist Solutions Help Desk in the diagnostic and repair of installed equipment

* Assist Solutions Operations Manager as required


The most successful candidates for this position will also have these skills and abilities:

* Advanced knowledge of Stellar software suites including P21 and CRM platforms (Tour de Force) or the aptitude to become an advanced user of this software

* Advanced knowledge of CribMaster and SupplyPro operating systems or the aptitude to become an advanced user of these systems

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* Mechanical aptitude in the understanding of mechanical and electrical features of all vending equipment

* The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing

* Ability to work without daily supervision

* Possessing a high sense of urgency and a commitment to finish projects on time

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office is required, especially MS Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required

• Associates degree or equivalent is preferred

• Previous experience with Industrial Distribution is highly desirable but not required

• Previous Customer Service experience is preferred

• Knowledge of P21 requisition and PO processes is desirable

• Knowledge of procurement processes and knowledge of LEAN principles is a plus

• Must be able willing and able to travel to job sites via car and/or airplane

• Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
