You’ll Support Meaningful Work By: 

• Providing senior-level functional expertise and solution guidance for SAP WM and logistics execution processes across APAC operations. 

• Supporting business-critical production environments through incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex operational issues. 

• Designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP WM solutions including inventory management, warehouse structures, inbound, outbound, and material movement processes. 

• Leading SAP enhancements, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and stabilization. 

• Driving warehouse and logistics process improvements that increase efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational visibility. 

• Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders across manufacturing plants, distribution operations, and regional teams to deliver integrated solutions. 

• Supporting future SAP roadmap initiatives.
• Mentoring team members and sharing functional expertise to strengthen SAP capabilities across the organization. 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

• 7+ years of SAP functional experience with strong hands-on SAP WM configuration and support expertise. 

• Experience supporting warehouse management and logistics execution processes in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse-intensive environments. 

• Proven experience delivering SAP enhancements and projects through the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. 

• Strong knowledge of SAP WM integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO. 

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis capabilities. 

• Fluent English. 

Desired Skills and Experience 

• SAP certification in WM, Logistics, or related SAP functional disciplines. 

• Experience with SAP EWM. 

• Experience leading SAP rollouts, regional deployments, or logistics transformation initiatives. 

• Experience with EDI, third-party logistics (3PL), warehouse automation, or mobility solutions. 

• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience. 

• Experience mentoring junior team members or serving as a functional subject matter expert. 

• Mandarin language capability is strongly preferred.
