Job Description

SteelEye is investing in its US business and a critical part of its growth plan is to hire Subject Matter Experts who understand the US Regulatory domain. A critical hire for our US office is a Regulatory Solutions Product Specialist that specializes in electronic communications solutions. This individual will have a wealth of experience in US Regulatory requirements and solutions in the Securities Markets and have a vision for the current and future of software solutions for communications compliance, recordkeeping, analytics and oversight.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Guiding the development of the SteelEye product to meet US Regulatory requirements and US market participants solution needs.
  • Supporting Sales activities by providing demonstrations of the SteelEye product suite and relating client needs.
  • Providing thought leadership including writing and reviewing blogs, articles, brochures and whitepapers on topics relevant to the SteelEye target regulatory compliance market.
  • Providing expert support to clients on the use of the SteelEye product and maximizing the value of the platform to clients.
  • Listening to clients, understanding their needs and translating their needs into innovative product specifications that can be delivered by our internal Engineering team.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in US Regulatory compliance solutions for electronic communications.
  • Prior experience working with SEC and FINRA regulators to ensure compliance with US Securities law
  • An understanding and ideally have hand on experience of SaaS based software business development, product development, Sales and support activities.
  • Demonstrable client facing expertise, working with clients either in sales or solution support roles.
  • Deep understanding of industry best practices and guidance related to regulatory compliance.
