Job Description

You work as part of a professional Field Sales Team introducing our fluid and gas couplings; robotic tools changer starting with customers (channels, end user, system integrator, OEMs) prospect visits, calls and e-mail, evaluating solutions and finally convert to sales orders, determinate your daily work.

Main Responsibility:

  • Actively manage, develop, and expand the customer base within the Automotive industry, focusing on OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and major assembly plants.

  • Develop, manage, and closely collaborate with System Integrators (SIs) and automation channel partners to deliver turnkey engineering solutions.

  • Introduce and deploy high-performance fluid connection solutions, as well as advanced Robotic Tool Changers, to optimize production efficiency for automotive clients.

  • Maintaining service relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction (channels, end user, system integration, OEMs).

  • Independently manage running projects from initial prospect visits, technical evaluation, and application analysis, through to closing the sales order.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor movements.

  • Support all marketing activities not limited to exhibitions and social media.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics)

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experiences in sales, channel development and management.

  • Strong background or hands-on experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, or a proven track record of working successfully with System Integrators (SIs).

  • Solid understanding of the Automotive manufacturing process (Body Shop, Assembly Line, etc.).

  • A curious personality who wants to understand customers applications and likes to develop and propose innovative solutions. 

  • Team player, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

  • Problem solving skills and ability to build strong customers relationships.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems and AutoCAD is a definite plus.
