Job Description

本職位負責帶領台灣區電力傳輸與分配 (ECS-PTD) 產品線的業務增長,重點對焦於 AI 伺服器、儲能系統 (ESS) 與重電設備等尖端產業。將擔任台灣區與全球總部 (Global HQ) 之間的戰略橋樑,具備高度自主權與創業家精神,透過技術開發 (Design-in) 確保品牌在電力連結領域的領先地位。

This role drives the business growth of the Power Transmission and Distribution (PTD) segment in Taiwan, focusing on AI Servers, ESS, and Heavy Power Distribution. You will serve as the strategic bridge between Taiwan and Global HQ, exercising high autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset to secure design-wins and market leadership.

  • 市場開發與技術滲透 (Business Development & Design-in):

鎖定 AI 數據中心及能源產業之關鍵客戶,於新產品導入 (NPI) 初期深度介入,確保公司規格進入客戶設計 圖紙 (Spec-in)。

Drive Design-in activities for AI Data Center and Energy sectors during the NPI stage; ensure our products are specified in the customer’s design (Spec-in).

  • 全球化技術協作 (Global Technical Collaboration):

常態性與海外總部進行全英文技術會議。內化總部產品路線圖 (Roadmap),並確保其開發方向能精準對接台灣 ODM 客戶之需求。

Conduct regular English technical meetings with Global HQ. Internalize the product roadmap and ensure alignment with the specific needs of Taiwan Tier 1 ODM customers.

  • 關鍵客戶經營與市佔提升 (Account Management & Wallet Share):

長期深耕策略性客戶關係,以「解決方案提供者」的身分處理技術痛點,持續提升產品在該客戶端的佔有率 (Wallet Share)。

Manage strategic accounts as a “Solution Provider”; proactively address technical pain points to increase our Wallet Share.

  • 品牌推廣與產業對接 (Marketing & Industry Liaison):

策劃並參與國內外指標性展會(如 Computex, Energy Taiwan)及技術研討會,主導產品說明並擴大品牌影響力。

Lead participation in major trade shows (e.g., Computex, Energy Taiwan) and technical seminars to expand brand influence.

  • 高動態專案執行與出差 (Mobility & Execution):

配合專案進度進行常態性之國內外出差,確保與客戶、工廠及總部之間的溝通零時差。

Travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, to ensure seamless communication between customers, factories, and Global HQ.

Qualifications

  • 專業英文實力 (English Proficiency):

英文聽說讀寫流利,能獨立與全球技術團隊進行深度討論及策略簡報。

Fluent in English; capable of independent technical discussions and strategic presentations with global teams.

•    積極度與學習力 (Proactive & Learning Agility):

對電力電子技術具高度好奇心,具備解決複雜技術問題的韌性與狩獵性格 (Hunter Profile)。

Strong learning agility for power electronics; possess a “Hunter Profile” with the resilience to solve complex technical challenges.

• 產業經歷 (Industry Background):

5 年以上連接器經驗;熟悉大電流連接器、Busbar 或高壓HVDC系統者優。

5+ years in the connector industry; familiar with high-current interconnects or Busbars.
