Job Description

Our Robotic Division is seeking a Business Controller on a fixed-term contract to assist the Div Business Controller while he will take a leading role on a group project.

Closing Tasks:

  • Synchronize and follow-up monthly forecast processes
  • Coordinate cycle allocation run with units, ensuring proper execution and correct allocation key usage
  • Manage and track service orders with units
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on cost centers, sales & margin, P&L, Capex, inventory, and service gross profit
  • Prepare and deliver monthly Flash reports and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Oversee AGV revenue and incoming orders

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with corporate and IT on reporting tools improvements
  • Implement corrections and improvements on P&L management (on-going group project)
  • Continuous improvement on our OPEX tracker tool
  • Enhance group costing procedures and ensure data quality follow-up

Other Responsibilities:

  • Address on-the-spot requests from business partners (including DMT, LDD, Central teams)
  • Coordinate BI initiatives with IT
  • Lead Business Unit review coordination

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance

Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CO

Full proficiency in both French and English

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years in Business controlling or Industrial controlling
  • Strong industrial background preferred
