Senior Vice President Head of Performance Management

  • Full-time
  • Business Units: FC - Perf. Mngt., Risk & Digital Finance

Company Description

Statkraft has been making clean energy possible for over a century. Unrivaled pioneering spirit and a strong commitment towards a more sustainable future. That’s what we offer. Today, we are Europe’s largest renewable energy producer and employ more than 7.000 colleagues in 20+ countries around the world. Our vision is clear - to renew the way the world is powered. But there is more work to be done and that is why we need you to help us.

The Senior Vice President, Head of Performance Management leads Statkraft's group-wide planning, forecasting, performance management and financial decision support activities. The position provides forward-looking insight and analysis that enables stronger business performance, supports disciplined capital allocation and enhances decision-making across one of Europe's leading renewable energy companies.

Reporting to the EVP CFO and serving as a member of the CFO Leadership Team, the SVP Performance Management acts as a strategic adviser to the CFO and Corporate Management on financial performance, value creation, resource allocation and the implications of major business decisions. The position ensures that planning processes, investment decisions and performance discussions are underpinned by transparent, comparable and decision-relevant analysis, enabling the organisation to make informed choices in an increasingly dynamic and complex energy market.

The position sits at the centre of Statkraft's performance management framework and plays a critical role in strengthening accountability, improving financial transparency and supporting long-term value creation across the Group. Working closely with Business Areas, asset owners, project organisations and corporate functions, the SVP Performance Management will help shape strategic priorities, challenge assumptions, assess trade-offs and drive a performance-oriented culture focused on operational excellence, capital efficiency and sustainable growth.

The Performance Management function has recently been strengthened through the integration of Financial Investment Review and Investment Analysis capabilities into a single organisation. As a result, the position provides a unique platform to influence Statkraft's strategic direction by bringing together planning, performance management, investment decision support and financial insight under one leadership mandate.
