Job Description

Statkraft is currently looking for an IT Digitalization Partner to join our IT Legal & Compliance Services unit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend business acumen with technology and data skills. If you have experience in identifying and implementing IT initiatives and building trusted partnerships, you can significantly contribute to Statkraft’s corporate functions digital transformation and help them to realize their ambitions.

The IT Legal & Compliance Services unit in Statkraft has as a mission to act as a partner and enabler for the Corporate Functions that focus on legal, compliance, data privacy and company governance topics. We set up digitalization roadmaps, initiate projects, enable system selections, and ensure that the application lifecycle is well-planned and executed. Our goal is to empower our business partners through digitalization, thereby enabling Statkraft to achieve its strategic objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Bridge IT and Business: Ensure smooth collaboration across teams by translating business needs into actionable IT solutions, optimizing IT resources, and delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Drive Initiatives: Develop concrete initiatives from ideas, concepts, and business cases to implementation projects
  • Strategy and Vision: Develop digital roadmaps and identify opportunities from emerging technologies for our customers, opportunities that are in line with Statkraft's IT strategy and target architecture
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary interface between IT and business users, facilitating solution design, implementation, testing, and addressing user inquiries
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teams across business units, IT, and other experts, including Enterprise Architecture, Integrations, and Data Platform
  • Continuous Improvement: Support in continuously identifying ways to enhance our working methods

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are high performing individuals with drive and a clear “can do” attitude. We believe the right candidate has:

  • Higher relevant education at university level
  • Work experience from (IT) consulting or similar roles in global industrial/energy companies
  • The ability to understand the end-to-end digitalization process and connect business needs with IT solutions
  • Ability to transform strategies into concrete deliverables
  • Interest and understanding from the opportunities enabled by digitalization trends and technologies (e.g. AI, data platforms, process automation, and user experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • A drive to push initiatives forward until the next stage whether you are acting as a project lead or a project resource depending on the need
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, and preferably Norwegian

These skills/experiences would also be useful:

  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with Corporate Legal, Compliance, Governance, Privacy and/or Audit
  • Experience implementing and scaling AI applications
