Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and implementing solutions using both declarative tools and coding within the Salesforce environment. You will play a versatile role, serving as both a technical expert and a liaison between business requirements and technical implementation. Working closely with the project team, stakeholders, and end users, you will ensure effective utilization of the Salesforce platform to optimize business processes and enhance the customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop new technical solution designs & recommendations using Salesforce technology for complex business use cases by understanding business processes.
  • Performing requirements analysis to understand business processes and identify requirements.
  • You develop concepts and ideas to make our processes more digital and to automate them.
  • Implementation of new requirements and optimization of existing functionality
  • Technical contact for (internal) stakeholders

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative customization and administration, e.g. Process Builder, flows, user management, reports and AppExchange
  • Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce coding, e.g. Apex classes, Apex Web services, Lightning Framework (Aura & LWC) and SOQL
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with different stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in an understandable way.
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end states, and deliver a CRM solution
  • Experience in using version control with Git
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions.
  • Passionate, curious, independent problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication skills in English – German is optional
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are an advantage, but not mandatory
