Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst to join a team supporting HR and Financial Oracle EBS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2+, system analysis, application development, and database solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Oracle EBS applications.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and implement application solutions.
  • Perform production support, system administration, and maintenance.
  • Execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with Agile development teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 or above in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Purchasing modules.
  • Experience with iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.
  • Extensive experience in systems analysis and design.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Azure DevOps.
  • VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.
  • Power BI Paginated Reports, Power BI Desktop, and Dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR
  • Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in banking or financial services.
  • Experience with large-scale Finance Transformation programs.
  • Experience integrating multiple source systems with Oracle Accounting Hub.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, audit, and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.
