StarTekk’s adoption of Digital Transformation is to accelerate organizational growth, increase efficiencies and help Star Workforce achieve focused business goals. The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives.

Lead development team for ongoing data and analytics enhancements and development projects.  Will be primary developer, including both developing directly but also coordinating with offshore developers, including both core dev/support team, but also additional developers for projects.
Responsible for detailed design based on project direction from Client leads and breaking down efforts to assign to individual developers including confirming their results. Will also assist support escalations as needed.

Experience: 10+ years

Expertise Areas:

• Databricks (Required)
• PowerBI (Required)
• ETL methodologies (e.g. Boomi)
• Data Lakehouse concepts
• Data engineering, include SQL and/or Python
• Data and analytics design
• Dev lead for junior developers / support
• Jira experience
• Good at communication
• Experience in G&A data domains, such as finance, HR, compliance, etc. (nice to have)
   

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
