Job Description

What You Will Do Daily

  • Gathering the business and technical requirements of the Client regarding data-related solutions (data warehouse, data lake, data mart, reports, etc.)
  • Analyzing the requirements regarding feasibility; analyzing source systems, and reports; performing first-level checks (data queries, business key checks, etc),
  • Determine required IT business solutions, preparing requirement lists, business specifications,
  • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams;
  • Assisting and supporting technical lead in preparing the system design,
  • Assisting and supporting the developer team in preparing the system itself,
  • Prepare test scenarios, and test cases, and perform internal tests,
  • Prepare training material and perform Client training,
  • Manage and support UAT,
  • Manage bug fixing, help Client and developer team in bug investigation,
  • Preparation of reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Assist in quality control and project management;

Qualifications

We Want to Hear from You, If…

  • You have good experience in Technical writing i.e. technical manuals/specifications/processes;
  • you are familiar with SQL 
  • you have experience using data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau;
  • you have strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills;
  • you are Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability;
  • you have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • you are adaptable, and able to work across teams and functions;
  • you speak fluent English

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in BI Development or Data Engineering 
  • You can interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions

Salary range: We believe in open communication and no BS. For this role, depending on your experience and level of expertise the salary range is between gross 900.000 - 1.100.000

Start Date: The sooner the better, but if you currently work somewhere and have a notice period, it is still fine, we will wait for the right person! 

 

Selection process

1.       Phone conversation with one of our Recruiters - We will briefly talk about your motivation and experience and we will switch to English for a few questions.

2.       Online interview with the hiring manager - You will have the chance to meet your future manager in this round. It is usually an hour-long conversation where we discuss your professional background and career path so far.

3.       You will have a task to work on  -  In the last stage, you will get a task that you can solve at home in a week or so. After you have completed the task we invite you for a presentation round where you can elaborate your solution to the Delivery Lead of the unit.
