Job Description

What you will do daily:

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be in the front line of gaining new businesses for Starschema. This role is ideal for you if you have work experience as a Business Developer or Account manager and you are motivated to start your next chapter. In your work, you will follow up the newest leads and you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process in case of your leads after some time. This will be a tremendous development opportunity and a great learning curve for you!

  • Help the sales process from lead identification through close which will lead to more projects and professional success at the end
  • Diligently follow up on and develop sales leads to ensure that we can grow as a company
  • Take an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service for our customers,
  • Understand prospect's requirements and represent those needs to our employees in order to help our teams to fulfill our clients' needs
  • Work towards maintaining healthy client relationships to create chance for future businesses with our clients 
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required,
  • Support our Senior Sales Manager's work.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have a few years of work experience in Sales and/or Account Management
  • You thrive when you get to establish trusting relationships with clients,
  • You can develop a deep understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated,
  • You speak English fluently.

  • Start date: As soon as possible, but if you currently work somewhere and have a notice period, it is still fine, we will wait for the right person!
  • Location: You will not be required to work from our office, but of course, if you wish to visit the office from time to time, you’re more than welcome to do so!
  • Compensation: The final package will depend on your professional experience.

Selection process:

  1. Phone conversation with our Recruiter – We will briefly talk about your motivation and experience and we will switch to English for a few questions and ask about your compensation expectations.
  2. Video Interview with your future Team Lead. We will tell you more about the current status of the sales team, the sales strategy, and further requirements of the job, and also we will ask about your experience in more detail.
